As a functional nutritionist, I use an individualized/personalized, root cause approach to improving your health. In functional medicine we recognize that individuals are unique and with that have individual nutritional needs. Those unique needs should be supported through personalized nutrition and lifestyle modifications, and that’s exactly what we will explore while working together.

There are many paths to wellness, and we can increase your motivation to move along your path by finding the nutrition and lifestyle modifications that are easiest for you. Think about what YOUR low-hanging fruit is – maybe it’s getting in more daily movement or going to bed an hour earlier. Once in motion, action leads to more motivation, and before you know it you’re on your way! :-)

We will work together to address your individual needs and come up with an individualized nutrition and lifestyle modifications plan (including food, movement, sleep, stress, community, and your environment) that suits you.
